Failure to provide documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
We take underage gambling seriously. If we have any reason to suspect a player may be under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings generated during a suspension period will not be paid out until age has been confirmed.
Each person may hold only one account on 98kpr. Duplicate, linked or shared accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether by shared payment method, device, IP address or personal information — all accounts may be suspended and any associated balances or bonuses voided.
You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes bets placed, deposits made and any changes made to account settings. You must not share your login credentials with anyone else. 98kpr staff will never ask you for your password. If you receive any request for your password claiming to be from 98kpr, treat it as fraudulent and notify our support team immediately.

Account closure may be requested by the player at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed as normal. If self-exclusion is active, the account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has ended.
All financial transactions on 98kpr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted, and no exchange rate conversion is applied at any point. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account, subject to any minimum deposit thresholds that may apply to specific payment methods.
Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Before a withdrawal can be approved, identity verification must be complete. Processing times vary by method — the platform aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but bank transfer and card withdrawals may take additional business days depending on your financial institution.
98kpr does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own charges. 98kpr has no control over third-party fees and accepts no responsibility for them.
Deposited funds that have not been used for betting or gaming activity for an extended period of inactivity may be subject to dormant account handling as described in the account management section. Any applicable deductions will be communicated to you in advance.
By placing a bet or participating in any game on 98kpr, you acknowledge that the outcome involves an element of chance and that you may lose the amount staked. 98kpr does not guarantee winnings on any bet or game.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless 98kpr's specific cash-out or bet-edit features are available for that market and the player actively uses them before the relevant event concludes. In-play bets are subject to the odds at the moment of confirmation, which may differ slightly from the odds at the moment you initiated the selection due to live market movement.
For sports markets — including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international matches, football and other events — settlement is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or having a materially different format from what was originally scheduled, 98kpr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
Live Casino games are operated by third-party game studios and are subject to those studios' own game rules in addition to 98kpr's general Terms. Results generated by live dealer games are final once the round is completed. Technical issues affecting your device or internet connection during a live game round do not entitle you to a refund of the stake for a completed round.
Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply across all products. These limits may vary by sport, market, game type and individual account status. Where a bet is placed that exceeds applicable limits, 98kpr may reduce the stake to the permitted maximum or void the bet and return the stake.
98kpr offers bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer carries specific terms including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, time limits and any game or market restrictions. These individual offer terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.
Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount — or a combined deposit and bonus amount — must be staked before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Contribution rates from different game types towards wagering requirements will be specified in individual offer terms.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Any behaviour that 98kpr reasonably determines to be bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim offers more than once, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures — will result in the relevant bonus being voided and may lead to account suspension.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98kpr platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:
98kpr takes fraud and anti-money laundering obligations seriously. Where suspicious activity is identified, accounts will be suspended and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. Funds associated with fraudulent activity will not be returned.
All content on the 98kpr platform — including but not limited to the site design, logos, graphics, text, software, odds data, game content and audio-visual materials — is the property of 98kpr or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission from 98kpr. Scraping odds data, game results or any other platform content through automated means is strictly prohibited.
The 98kpr name, logo and associated brand marks are proprietary. Use of these marks in any context outside of your personal use of the platform — including in social media, websites or printed materials — requires explicit written authorisation from 98kpr.
